PT & Cardio Hub

On the first floor is our dedicated PT & Cardio Hub, a large, airy and well ventilated space situated upstairs at No Limits Gym and operated by Jack Easthope – The Movement Mechanic. www.movementmechanic.co.uk There is a massive array of equipment, everything in fact, that you could need to meet your aerobic fitness and health needs. Help and guidance is available for the beginner or more experienced athlete and exercise programmes can be supplied covering Weight Loss, Interval Training, Endurance and Heart Rate Control.

Personal training is also available from our in house and recommended personal trainers.

Our Hub also features an astroturf runway for core training, an adductor and abductor machine, a full range of medicine balls fixed weight dumb bells and barbells, duel stack cable machine, ab trainers, rope pull, pec deck – in fact everything a PT or focused trainer could need.
