Jack
Although exercise has always been a huge part of my life, it wasn’t until 2012 when I decided to dedicate my profression to improving the health and fitness of others.
I had been competing in recreational endurance events for four years prior to this and due to the positive changes in my lifestyle, I knew I needed to share these health benefits with others.
I started my career with the NHS before moving to Virgin Active as a Personal Trainer. After three years with Virgin I moved to Nuffield Health for four more years, before finally, I decided it was time to start my own enterprise, The Movement Mechanic.
Working out of No Limits Fitness in Hilmorton I can combine my expertise with some of the most versatile equipment you could find.
Being one of the longest running private gym’s in the country, the knowledge behind the set up of the gym and story behind it’s history is more than could ever be required to work towards any outcome.
Being in a environment with others who aspire to achieve great things, pushing there limits above and beyond, will evidently result in nothing but greatness.
Stepping up in the zone to help you overcome obstacles and inhibitions isn’t an easy task, but being around like minded others can help you persevere.
If you’re looking for help and support towards your health and fitness, give the gym a call for more details or even check out my website below.

Jen
I initially studied at the Mctimoney Chiropractic College in Abingdon with a view to training as a chiropractor. However, a lightbulb moment whilst learning to work on the soft tissues gave me a new direction. I qualified in Swedish massage with the Itec Institute, then went on to train in Sports Massage at Loughborough College. I also qualified in Bowen and Myofascial release, and I use all of these techniques during a treatment.
Following a fascinating period of study on a Bsc Human Bioscience course I completed my degree as a Sports Therapist at the university of Northampton. This gives me the ability to research and treat sports injuries in greater depth. In addition I studied to become an advanced Medical-acupuncture practitioner and running biomechanics coach.
